We are seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team at Renaldo Honda in Shelby, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales with a reputable automotive dealership.

About Us

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, making them feel at home, and demonstrating the features and value of the Honda brand. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our extensive inventory and provide exceptional communication and listening skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Demonstrate all the features and value of the Honda brand
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
  • Consult with the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals
  • Accompany customers on test drives
  • Follow up with customers after the sale
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary plus bonuses, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days of employment), supplemental short-term and long-term disability (after 90 days of employment), paid vacation (after one year of employment), flexible spending account, and 401(k) retirement plan (after one year of employment).

Requirements
  • Must be well-versed in our vehicle lineup, performance standards, inventory, and accessories
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license
