Job Summary

The Systems Analyst will work independently to plan, analyze, design, and implement the ERP system - PLEX UX for Select Industries Corp. This role involves evaluating and analyzing complex applications of operating systems to optimize equipment usage, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Entry: Provide data entry and analysis in various formats, including statistical techniques and ongoing reports.
  • Customer Interaction: Display a positive demeanor when dealing with partners and stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to locate and correct code problems.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, letters, and memos, and compile data from varied sources to make summary reports as required.
  • IT Support: Assist with Information Technology duties, including troubleshooting computers, hardware issues, and accessing files.
  • Follow-up and Maintenance: Maintain a follow-up system on reports requiring action periodically and use office machines as needed.
  • Customer Service: Respond to telephone inquiries from the public and other companies, providing specific information and known procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years or equivalent of computer systems experience required.
  • Skills: Proficient keyboarding skills, ability to navigate Windows software applications, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong analytical skills.
