Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Entry: Provide data entry and analysis in various formats, including statistical techniques and ongoing reports.
  • Customer Interaction: Display a positive demeanor when dealing with partners and stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and suggest process improvements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, letters, and memos, and communicate findings to management.
  • Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting computers, hardware issues, and accessing files.
  • Follow-up and Record-Keeping: Maintain a follow-up system on reports requiring action periodically, and keep accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Use office machines, such as computers, printers, and photocopiers, and respond to telephone inquiries from the public and other companies.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years or equivalent of computer systems experience required.
  • Skills: Proficient keyboarding skills, ability to navigate Windows software applications, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong analytical skills.
