As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting efforts related to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position offers the chance to engage in a dynamic work environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies alongside simulation integration specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SME).

The focus of this role will be on research and development pertaining to object tracking for the U.S. DoD.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and develop tracking and fusion algorithms to fulfill customer specifications and improve existing post-mission analysis systems.
  • Design and incorporate new functionalities into the Post Mission Object Tracker tool, which includes automated track association from various sensor subsystems utilizing diverse track filters.
  • Implement tracking algorithms in native programming languages such as C++.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field, accompanied by at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for access to classified information, including holding a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Proficiency or experience in working with tracking algorithms.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A diverse engineering background encompassing multiple disciplines or technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing LOS analysis software.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with contemporary military systems, both domestic and international.
  • Experience with NASIC or within the Intelligence Community is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly in C++, C, and Java.
