Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into system requirements, working closely with the Appian development team to ensure they understand and can meet these requirements.
  • Application Development: Assist in the application development and rationalization process, ensuring optimal configuration and use of Appian applications.
  • Legacy System Integration: Understand legacy systems such as SAMIS and CMCS, and ensure that their capabilities and constraints are factored into Appian application development.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure information assurance and quality assurance in all Appian applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
  • Skills: Proven experience as a business analyst, specifically within Appian development. Experience with refactoring and modernization efforts. Knowledge of and experience with legacy systems such as SAMIS and CMCS.
