Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in managing reception and administrative functions within our organization. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and messages efficiently, ensuring timely communication.
  • Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our reception area.
  • Oversee mail processing, including sorting and distributing incoming correspondence.
  • Provide clerical support, including typing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms and assist with logistics for meetings.
  • Support the Finance Department with administrative tasks related to payroll and financial documentation.
  • Maintain an orderly reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
