POSITION SUMMARY:
HES Facilities Management is in search of Facilities Operations Supervisors to oversee custodial functions across various sites within a designated educational institution.
In this role, you will cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with custodial personnel, engage with clients on a daily basis, and address any immediate concerns that arise.
The Supervisor will be tasked with evaluating, training, and ensuring adequate supply levels across all facilities. You will report to a Regional Manager responsible for a broader geographical area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dynamic, diligent, reliable, and detail-focused.
- Prior experience in a management role.
Requirements:
- Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Aptitude for composing routine reports and correspondence.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- Compensation based on experience.
