Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Assistant. As a key member of our support service, you will be responsible for scheduling and allocating work for Home Carers working with vulnerable individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and allocation of work for Home Carers
  • Use of IT systems to manage schedules and allocate tasks
  • Communication with Home Carers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Continuous improvement of service delivery through quality assurance and feedback

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with IT systems and software
  • Understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals and their families
  • Commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement
