Job Description: Urology Clinic Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Arkansas Urology. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient care. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate patient appointments, tests, and procedures, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate information
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma, an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License or LPN License, and a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
