We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Hospice Administrative Support Coordinator in Rock Hill, SC.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule admissions, initial evaluations, and hospice visits efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Greet visitors professionally.
  • Monitor office reports regularly.
  • Process notifications for patient scheduling.
  • Evaluate patient visit frequency to determine required disciplines.
  • Review staff schedules for availability.
  • Notify staff members of same-day visits via phone calls.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer knowledge necessary.
  • Prior experience preferred, but not mandatory.
