LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company to support their team with a temporary full-time office administrative assistant. This role is designed to provide administrative support during their busy season, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in an onsite capacity. The hourly rate for this position is between $20-$23 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, edit, and proofread a diverse range of business documents, including reports, proposals, and agreements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Client Support: Act as the primary contact for internal clients concerning administrative processes, ensuring high standards of quality control and efficient record management.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in setting up client engagement activities, such as conducting research, completing due diligence forms, managing CRM data entries, coordinating engagement codes, and organizing electronic files.
  • Communication Materials: Support the creation of client-facing materials, including reports, proposals, and agreements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience in a financial services or similar professional industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
