Job Summary

Thompson Safety, LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support services to various areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management, employees, and clients.
  • Interface with vendors and internal departments.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.
  • Manage PO's, track orders, and receive and bill invoices as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of experience providing administrative support.
  • Skills in using MS Office.
  • Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
