Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet patients, families, and visitors warmly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Listen attentively to patient concerns and collaborate with healthcare team members to address and resolve issues.
- Provide timely updates and information to patients and families regarding their care.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring accurate routing and prompt responses.

- Accurately gather and enter patient demographic and insurance information to facilitate smooth operations.

Administrative Support:

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
