Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

- Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and efficient routing to the appropriate personnel.

- Support digital communication efforts, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and providing accurate information to enhance patient experience.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information for accurate record-keeping and billing processes.
- Assist in financial transactions, including payment collection and daily reconciliation of receipts.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment in collaboration with support services.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
Administrative Support
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently, ensuring timely execution.
- Stay informed about clinic operations and organizational updates through regular communication channels.
- Adhere to compliance standards and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and medical software is advantageous.
