Technical Support Manager - HVAC Systems

Greenheck Group is a leading manufacturer of commercial HVAC products, and we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, product quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the technical support team, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product defects, improving overall quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage travel and work schedules to ensure optimal team performance and customer support.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and manufacturing personnel.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • 6-8 years of experience in technical support, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, DocuWare, CAPS, or CRM systems.
