We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our HVAC systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, and other building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, repair history, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the team.

Requirements

  • Universal EPA 608 Certification
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders
  • Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application
  • Experience managing work orders, utilizing CMMS technology
  • Experience working in a service-related role, specific to commercial facilities
