Multifamily Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multifamily Program Analyst to join our team at the State of Oregon. As a key member of our Affordable Rental Housing division, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and preservation of affordable rental housing for Oregonians.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret state and federal program rules and regulations to ensure compliance with multifamily housing programs.
- Develop and maintain compliance manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal staff and external partners on multifamily housing programs.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Support team to manage the large portfolio of affordable housing properties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Four years of experience coordinating or administering a program, or any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years.
- Extensive knowledge of multifamily housing programs and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
