We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Aquafinity, a leading provider of aquatic water quality control systems and services. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales within your assigned region, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track potential clients from various sources, including referrals, trade shows, and social media.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with clients, showcase products, and build strong relationships.
- Present and demonstrate CES products, emphasizing value-added features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the CES team to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless service.
- Provide regular reports to management, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on sales activities and performance.
- Attend regional trade shows, expos, and training events as needed.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans and budgets for your territory.
- Provide client training and education on CES products and services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in commercial swimming pool equipment or related industries.
- A 4-year degree is preferred but not required; relevant associate or trade degrees with sales experience are acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of aquatic facilities and water quality control systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with social media for client engagement and lead generation.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, stooping, and driving for extended periods.
