A TYPICAL DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative, your day starts early, assisting patrons with their orders and delivering outstanding service. With a friendly demeanor, you will manage transactions with precision, keep the counter area tidy and organized, and work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations throughout the day. Your responsibilities will also include some food preparation and cleaning tasks. By the end of your shift, you will have played a vital role in providing excellent service and fostering positive customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the food service sector
  • Basic math skills are essential
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Positive attitude and a friendly approach
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and assist in various areas

SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Available positions for both full-time and part-time
  • Operating hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Sunday
  • Part-time employees must be available on weekends
