Role Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager will provide tailored marketing support to local territories through strategic product and service recommendations.

In this role, you will evaluate and suggest brand strategy improvements based on your interactions with consumers in a specified target market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and clients to enhance brand visibility, achieve marketing objectives, and maintain effective communication.
  • Engage directly with customers and clients while adhering to company compliance standards.
  • Assist in overseeing the performance of the Brand Marketing team and facilitate the development of new promotional materials and branding strategies to implement client campaigns.
  • Manage the daily orientation schedule to ensure that necessary materials are prepared for management and training requirements are met.
  • Support training initiatives, deliver presentations during meetings, participate in daily conference calls, and provide networking advice as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer support, sales, or branding is desirable.
  • Must possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Availability for a full-time work schedule is required.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Open to performance-based promotions and growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
