Key Duties:

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and clients to enhance brand visibility, achieve marketing objectives, and maintain open communication.
  • Engage directly with customers and clients while adhering to company compliance standards.
  • Assist in overseeing the performance of the Brand Marketing team and facilitate the development of new promotional materials and branding strategies to implement client campaigns.
  • Manage the daily orientation schedule to ensure that necessary materials are prepared for upper management and training requirements are met.
  • Support training initiatives, deliver presentations during meetings, participate in daily conference calls, and provide networking advice as needed.


Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or branding is desirable.
- Must possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability for a full-time work schedule is required.
- An open-minded, self-motivated attitude is essential.
- Willingness to pursue performance and merit-based promotions and growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
