About the Opportunity

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in creating demand for our services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, this individual presents a positive and professional public image of our facility within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the facility's strategic sales plan to enhance our brand/image and manage assigned territory and accounts.
  • Work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals, demonstrating tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

About Our Facility

River Oaks Hospital is a private psychiatric facility for adults, adolescents, and children. We have established a tradition of excellence in the treatment of acute psychiatric illness, dual diagnosis, alcohol and drug detoxification, trauma-based disorders, compulsive behaviors, and eating disorders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
