Key Responsibilities- Oversee a designated territory and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive awareness and outreach for our clients.
- Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director and fellow leaders within the Marketing Team to set and execute outreach targets, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
- Develop and cultivate a reliable relationship with clients, understanding their marketing goals and objectives, and providing weekly and monthly updates on progress.
- Execute day-to-day field operations to support defined marketing and outreach metrics.
- Take action and conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department.
- Ensure that all field marketing strategies uphold our client's guidelines and standards of their brand and represent them positively with the highest level of integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management is required unless you have 3+ years direct experience in the field.
- At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position is required.
- Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is a bonus.
- Prior team management or mentorship skills are highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire all personality types and audiences.
- Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards for personal and team performance.
- Passion and belief in our mission and core values.
- Be proficient in communications and software platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs upon completing initial training.
