Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory, conducting market research, and executing field marketing strategies to drive awareness and outreach for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a designated territory and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive awareness and outreach for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director and fellow leaders within the Marketing Team to set and execute outreach targets, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
  • Develop and cultivate a reliable relationship with clients, understanding their marketing goals and objectives, and providing weekly and monthly updates on progress.
  • Execute day-to-day field operations to support defined marketing and outreach metrics.
  • Take action and conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department.
  • Ensure that all field marketing strategies uphold our client's guidelines and standards of their brand and represent them positively with the highest level of integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management is required unless you have 3+ years direct experience in the field.
  • At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position is required.
  • Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is a bonus.
  • Prior team management or mentorship skills are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire all personality types and audiences.
  • Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards for personal and team performance.
  • Passion and belief in our mission and core values.
  • Be proficient in communications and software platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs upon completing initial training.
