Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the collision repair industry and market trends.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at collision repair facilities and dealerships.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management
    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and increase sales revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mike & Jerry's products and services.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the collision repair industry or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Proven sales and business development skills, with a strong track record of success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Proficient in MS Office products, with the ability to create business proposals and presentations.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
