- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at collision repair facilities and dealerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Management
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Business Development
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mike & Jerry's products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the collision repair industry or a related field.
- Skills
- Proven sales and business development skills, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office products, with the ability to create business proposals and presentations.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
