Key Responsibilities:

The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) plays a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships and advocating for their needs throughout daily operations. The CRS is tasked with ensuring optimal customer experiences during all component interactions. This position requires close collaboration with clients to proactively identify and address component-related opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential. The CRS must effectively manage priorities, demonstrate time management skills, and work independently. Balancing operational objectives with customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability is a key aspect of this role.

  • Oversee customer hold processes
  • Ensure profitability of customer interactions
  • Proficient in English (verbal/written)
  • Evaluate and authorize cost estimates, invoices, and disputes
  • Act as a liaison between the operational team and the client
  • Ensure compliance with export control and ITAR regulations
Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree with over 5 years of relevant industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience; OR a Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and field operations
  • Familiarity with engine overhaul or MRO industry; Knowledge of PWC products
  • Understanding of Sarbanes/Oxley requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
Role Type:
This position is primarily onsite, as it involves essential tasks related to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is competitive and reflective of various experience levels. Factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education, and key skills are considered when extending an offer.
