Responsibilities will include addressing both software and hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. It is anticipated that you will manage a minimum of 10 support tickets daily in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client interaction skills, providing desk-side support while navigating the campus.
