Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating customer knowledge and preferences to tailor the ownership journey
  • Demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer engagement and retention
  • Conducting test drives with clients
  • Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge on all vehicles and understanding competitive offerings
  • Staying informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to clients
  • Assisting the client advisor with product-related tasks and initiatives
  • Following up with customers one to two weeks post-delivery to address inquiries or conduct additional training sessions on feature operations
  • Guiding customers to further information resources
  • Ensuring a delightful ownership experience

Qualifications

  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with BMW or a high-end luxury brand is preferred
