Job Description
The Mobile Department Lead (MDL) plays a crucial role in motivating and mentoring a group of employees working towards a common goal. Key responsibilities include driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Client's retail locations, engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates, growing sales performance and other key metrics, and training new team members. The MDL will also manage in-store promotions, coordinate with personnel, and position Client's value by creating best-in-class customer experiences. An estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2+ years of experience in training, sales, or retail management. Prior wireless or electronics retail management experience is preferred. Proficiency with technology, data gathering, and basic computer use is necessary. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a changing environment and adapt to business needs.
