Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Director to join our team at Elite Sourcing LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management.
This role is responsible for generating new sales and growing existing accounts in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales are also required.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This remote position requires the candidate to live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. If interested, please submit your resume for review.
