Substance Use Counselor

As a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor, you'll play a vital role in our team-based approach, working closely with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers to provide holistic clinical care. Responsibilities: * Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member care * Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region * Collaborate with other team members to deliver a clinical service model * Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions to build recovery skills and foster community * Document member progress using outcome measures and client feedback * Engage in community relations activities, including distributing promotional materials and attending meetings related to substance abuse and addiction We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, generous paid time off, and a robust benefit package.
