Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at You Turn Services. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing counseling and education to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive substance abuse assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver counseling and educational services to groups and individuals.
  • Manage detailed client documentation and reports.
  • Facilitate various therapeutic and educational groups.
  • Act as a liaison to advocate for client needs with community organizations and referring agencies.
  • Engage in case management, including crisis intervention.
  • Maintain professional licensure and certifications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
Requirements
  • Must be a Registered LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LMHP-RP, CSAC, or CSAC-S.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
  • Must be a professional and have a growth mindset.
