Job Title: Account Manager - Promo

Outdoor Cap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager - Promo to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading strategy, development, and execution for promo customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
