About the Role

IMEG Corp, a leading design consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, directing a staff of engineers and technicians, and actively bringing new work into the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make major design recommendations and decisions with minimal input from senior staff.
  • Plan and assign design work by discipline for all project sizes.
  • Review and edit correspondence prepared by junior staff.
  • Participate in quality control of projects and contribute to leadership in technical operations.
Technical Path
  • Contribute to leadership in technical operations for large and small projects.
  • Analyze technical problems and write reports.
  • Play a significant role in project reviews for quality control.
  • Provide technical assistance to resolve field issues.
Project Management Path
  • Effectively serve as Project Manager on large complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
  • Identify prospective clients and assist in marketing to develop new clients.
  • Consistently bring new work into the firm with existing or new clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of qualifying experience.
  • Professional Engineer license.
