Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and sales of high-end audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of our systems to clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform site visits to document field conditions and gather information for system design and implementation.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, including system descriptions, equipment lists, and pricing.
  • Manage and oversee the sales process, including forecasting, order management, and customer communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within assigned territories.
  • Forecast demand for products within assigned territories and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and concerns.
  • Prepare and conduct technical and product presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the audio-visual industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
