Client Support Specialist at Consumer Directed Services

About Us:

At Consumer Directed Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to individuals managing their Medicaid program care. Our team plays a crucial role in assisting clients with various aspects of their care management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the intake process for new clients within the CDS program.
  • Deliver case management assistance through phone communications across the state.
  • Support clients in developing their annual financial plans.
  • Track expenditures and prepare quarterly financial summaries.
  • Process requests for budget modifications and assist with payroll tasks.
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
