About the Role

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic call center team. This role is essential to our firm's success, requiring a highly motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous service to clients, legal professionals, vendors, and applicants.
  • Accurately document all interactions in our case management system (FileVine).
  • Respond to online inquiries and live chat requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with legal staff, medical providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless client communication.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for all client interactions.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with FileVine case management software is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook email.
