What we seek in a candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in customer support or client services.

- Resourcefulness and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for proposing alternative solutions.
- Active listening and reading skills to interpret and assess complex information effectively.
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, along with Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
