Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by engaging with current and potential commercial clients within the targeted market.
  • Conduct meetings with applicants to gather necessary information; analyze and compile data for loan requests; and submit applications to credit analysts for financial assessment and approval recommendations.
  • Advise potential borrowers on suitable products and services, addressing inquiries related to loan requirements and processes.
  • Evaluate loan requests in accordance with bank policies and the types of loans available.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals and documentation in line with bank standards for review by senior management and relevant committees.
  • Collaborate closely with Loan Assistants and Credit Analysts to ensure prompt decision-making on loan applications.
  • Monitor the existing loan portfolio to uphold a robust credit culture.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the community and engage in local volunteer initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Finance, Administration, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit courtesy, tact, and diplomacy; foster open and accepting relationships with colleagues and clients.

Work Environment: The role is primarily conducted indoors in a climate-controlled workspace with minimal noise.
