As a Real Estate Financial Analyst/Consultant, you will advise JLL team leads and DoD clients on all aspects of large-scale P3 projects, including housing property management, construction oversight, real estate finance, and legal document compliance. You will also support recurring client reports, provide ad-hoc support, gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data, and review and analyze legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise JLL team leads and DoD clients on large-scale P3 projects
  • Support recurring client reports
  • Provide ad-hoc support to JLL team leads and clients
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
  • Review and analyze legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, or related field
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of real estate housing operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate finance
  • Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 25% of time

Estimated Total Compensation:
$70,000.00 USD per year
