Critical Care Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Team Member to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a member of our critical care team, you will work closely with nursing staff and emergency physicians to provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform critical care assessments, administer treatments, and manage medications as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a pre-hospital care provider
- Experience as a Critical Care Paramedic is preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Moderate knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic computer skills
Salary and Benefits
