Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Account Executive to join our team at Royal Franchising Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to effectively communicate with potential customers to evaluate their cleaning needs.
As a Sales/Account Executive, you will be responsible for producing leads and closing sales opportunities within the Metro Milwaukee area.
Jani-King is the World's Largest Commercial Cleaning Franchisor, and we are growing rapidly. We offer an excellent base salary plus commission up to 50%, vacation, health insurance, dental, vision, matching 401k, and auto allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close sales opportunities within the Metro Milwaukee area
- Evaluate customer cleaning needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-moving organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
