Key Responsibilities:

The Forensic Administrative Coordinator will support the Forensic Department, engaging with clients involved in the Criminal Justice System. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry in our electronic medical record system.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and inventory management.

Additional duties encompass:

  • Utilizing Microsoft Office for communication and calendar management.
  • Maintaining electronic medical records and facilitating the transfer of medical documentation.
  • Providing essential support to clinicians and clients, while ensuring effective communication with diverse individuals.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one promptly.

Preferred:

  • Associate's Degree in business or a related field, or four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with high-acuity clients.
  • Proficiency in data entry using MS Office and electronic medical records.
  • Bilingual or bi-cultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
