Program Overview

SV Academy is committed to eliminating student debt and ensuring that every opportunity leads to a fulfilling career. We're seeking talented individuals to participate in our comprehensive Business Development Representative (BDR) Residency program.

Program Structure
  • Initial Interview with SV Academy: You'll be invited to participate in an interview with our team.
  • Interview Coaching: Selected candidates will benefit from personalized interview coaching to enhance their readiness for final interviews.
  • Interview with our Employer Partner: Showcase your skills in the final interview.
  • Receive Offer: Prepare to celebrate as you receive your official offer to join our Residency program.
  • Training Kickoff: Once onboard, kickstart your journey with a comprehensive 2-week BDR training program conducted by SV Academy.
  • SV Academy's remote 2-week training program is scheduled for Tuesdays through Thursdays.
  • 12-week Paid Residency: Immerse yourself in a paid Residency program at one of our partner companies, where you'll gain valuable experience.
    • Throughout the 12-week Residency, you'll receive a monthly stipend of $2500.
    • The Residency can be either fully remote, onsite or hybrid.
Transition to Full-Time

Once you've demonstrated your capabilities during the residency period, you'll be invited to secure a full-time position with the partner company with full benefits and salary.
