Marketing Specialist

At Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute industry-specific marketing plans to support business objectives
  • Use local competitive, client, and market insights to inform business strategies
  • Oversee the completion of select RFP's and client presentations
  • Manage customer relationships through marketing campaigns and direct interaction
  • Perform lead writing role in deliverables, drafting original content and rewriting/updating current content
  • Create and maintain department budget in tandem with company goals and objectives
  • Continuously create original content for a broad audience based on varied research data
  • Ensure global company branding standards are applied and brand positioning is supported for all Equity | ECS activities
  • Establish and maintain a working directory of vendors, news publications and local suppliers
  • Develop best practices based on industry knowledge and company needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a closely related field
  • 8 years prior experience in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Experience collaborating with third party vendors, agencies, publications and partners
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in commercial construction and/or commercial real estate preferred
