Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Manage existing market access solutions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for market access inquiries from members, stakeholders, and partners
  • Monitor industry news and trends to stay ahead of the curve and inform market access decisions
  • Create engaging content and resources to support market access initiatives, including articles, guides, and webinars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access solutions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on market access matters to members and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management and insurance, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in market access, business development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including P&C and L&H markets, and market access platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
