Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Emerging Markets Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our commercial sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Japan with U.S. subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Typically 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
