Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Listen effectively to customers' requests and take prompt action to assist them with managing their accounts and offering products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Exhibit strong knowledge of our banking products and services, and proactively educate customers on utilizing banking applications.
- Account Management: Balance speed and accuracy when processing customer requests, and aid customers in opening, managing, and optimizing their bank accounts and products.
- Business Development: Pursue leads and potential customers to expand services and products offered, and take the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Adapt to concepts and procedures, and notify management when additional training is needed on product and service knowledge.
- Confidentiality: Work confidentially and maintain confidentiality requirements and operational controls.
- Education: High School education or GED
- Experience: 1-2 years personal banking experience required, 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Skills: Strong cross-selling experience, proficient in Windows applications, ability to work as part of a team, and effective written and verbal communication skills
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The work environment is a professional office setting with standard office equipment.
