About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Chris Bryan. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and developing leads to market appropriate insurance and financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Lead Development: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance and financial services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling insurance and financial services to customers, and promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Licensing: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

  • Hourly Pay and Commission: Competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure.
