Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen effectively to customers' requests and take prompt action to assist them with their accounts and offer products and services.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills, presenting products and services while educating clients on utilizing banking applications.
  • Balance speed and accuracy when processing customer requests while utilizing the internal banking network.
  • Aid customers in opening, managing, and optimizing their bank accounts and products.
  • Pursue leads and potential customers to expand services and products offered.
  • Take the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Adapt to concepts and procedures and notify management when additional training is needed on product and service knowledge.
  • Accept coaching, implement feedback from reviews to improve job performance.
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
  • Support community and bank events.
  • Provide access and servicing to safe deposit box customers.
  • Follow policies, procedures, regulations, confidentiality requirements, and operational controls.
Requirements
  • High School education or GED.
  • 1-2 years personal banking experience required.
  • 3+ year of customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve branch goals.
  • Strong cross-selling experience.
  • Proficient in windows applications.
  • Models positive and supportive behavior.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
