Job Summary

The Superior Court of Fulton County is seeking a highly skilled Court Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Justice Resource Center, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to the public, ensuring a positive experience in our court system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and assistance regarding court services, procedures, and documentation.
  • Respond to routine questions and complaints, and initiate problem resolution.
  • Process and manage documentation, including forms and reports.
  • Operate various equipment and software to complete work assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and the public.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires sitting for extended periods and occasional standing, walking, and mobility. The work environment is typically office-like, with occasional exposure to high conflict situations.
